So loud i can get no hearing problems :S

Loud like a building falling down I was there on 9-11-01 when the first building came down the sound I will never forget in my mind as I ran for my life ......since then my mind has been very awake and very alert and very loud to WHY it happened the horror the death why always loud in my mind until the day I die!!!

I'm never loud inside my mind - or anywhere else unless it's an emergency. I'm all for the quiet life. One thinks more clearly that way.

Not so loud that I am deafened to the voice of my conscience, the voice of rationality, nor to the world around me.
But too many, I fear, hear only what they want to hear from their beliefs.

Loud enough that occasionally I will look around and wonder if I said something outloud.
Since no one is looking at me, I assume no. Of course, they could be placating me... heheh

You can hear pretty darn loud even outside of your own mind if you have the schizophrenic gift of "Thought Broadcasting."
They can hear their own thoughts outside their heads.
