I doubt very seriously that he has a copy, but if he did and was out and about blowing about it, Not only would he go to jail my guess he or his parents don't have enough money to fix things up for him.
Nowadays the capability is the fact that he has probably already been nabbed for even thinking about it Joke or No Joke. The boy will be behind bars.
