I've been in bed for 3 hours tossing and turning and i still can't sleep! AAARRRGGGGHHHH!!!

No, i'm from the UK. It's 4.15am here and i have to be up in 3 hours to get my daughter ready for school.
I've also reached my maximum limit for answering!!! *sob*

I'm with ya sister!! Even worse is falling asleep and waking up at 2am, not being able to go back to sleep, and having to go to work at 7....ugggggggg

Ohh that stinks!That happend to me less than a week ago.I was jacked up on Mt.Dew.I didn't get to sleep till after 2 in the morning!Try reading or watching tv till you get really drowsy.Then you are good!

i know !! itz sooo annoying ! yesterday i went to bed at 7 in morning and till 10 i couldnt sleep !! and atlast i feel asleep at 10 n woke up 6 pm.. :D

i have that problem too. dont feel bad. talk to a dr. or pharmacist and see what would be best for you to try to help you out. good luck.
