The bible actually says that a male 17 years of age is "a mere boy", so it would have to be a bit older than that. 21 sounds OK for a minimum. Maybe 25 for girls (if you have a daughter you know what I mean)!

As a mom with two girls....45 is looking real good. But I'd say 18.
