Add STA-BIL fuel additive get the oil changed and park it with 45 psi in the tires . You could disconnect the battery and place the battery terminal back on and it might even start right back up when you get back. Leave a key with some one but not tell them where the car is, that way if you stay longer you can tell them where the car is. And to put the battery back on and go for a long drive, fill the tank with STA-BIL again and disconnect the battery and mail you the key. Cars should be kept insured in case of natural disaster. And it keeps your insurance rates lower to have insurance kept up.
