Including weird spellings of names.
Here are some from a story an ex-(kind-of)friend made that was absolutely terrible:
Madrid(pron. May-drid and not Mah-drid like the city) N'diamena (based on the capital of Chad in Africa)
Zailik Aliszander Davideria
Maxin Marven
{keep in mind, these are all the names of guys. I kept out the last names.}

Nosmoking pronounced Nos mo king, but yes it is No Smoking.
Allthetrees pronounced Alta vees, again yes it is All the trees
Female pronounces Fe Mel le
Believe it or not these are siblings.
There is also a group of siblings with the names:
Burger, Dairy and yes their last name is King
People thing they are cute when they do this, and they also think they are being original.
There is a are two sister in Nursing home, over 90 years of age their names are Fanny, and Heiney and their departed sister was named Buttie their maiden names were Butte. So I guess, parents have been mean for at least ninety years.

OMG-I work in an OB unit at a community hospital, and I've seen some really surprising choices, but these are the top five. "Casper", because he's so cute and friendly. "Oscar". Please, after a wiener? That's begging for the poor kid to have trouble at school. "Urethra". They honestly thought that sounded beautiful until we told them that was a part of their anatomy. "Atticus", after the main character in the classic novel "To Kill a Mockingbird". I've actually seen this used a couple of times. To me it just isn't a pleasant sounding name. "Ethel". Not kidding. An old family name, which should have been buried with the last person to use it. And my absolute hands-down, all-time favorite (and this is for real): "Yahighnessmyqueen".

My old neighbor was an 80 year old man named Dick Assman. No kidding.
There is a little girl in my karate class named Maxine, Maxi for short. Not so bad, until you hear her last name- Paddings. Maxi Paddings.
The other weird I heard for a kid was Sherbet. No kid should ever be named after the hospital food his mother ate during labor.

Clemidia, Shenequa, Jameeka, Kevinisha, also, I hate when parents try to combine the mom and the dads name together for the child's name.
