I have been having these cramps under my belly button and also in my legs are these normal?! or what they are killing me! i havent started my period! that might help!

Could be. Sounds like a bad case of menstrual cramps. The only thing I don't understand is the leg pain. Maybe your cramps are radiating there. Have you been taking any medicine? Advil (ibuprofen) is very good for cramps, and you can take 3 if you need to every 6 hours.

Being a girl sucks sometimes! It may be close to the time your going to get your period but there is no definate sign that yes it's going to happen because of a symptom! Ask your parents for a pain reliver and take a hot bath or shower it may help! Feel better!

yes. This means you are starting puberty, and this might be period cramps. Be aware!!!
