We have had, or have currently, fish with the following names:
Twisted & Sister (two goldfish - it was the 80's)
Charlie
Duke
Eddie
Baby Duke
Fugly (yep - he was F-ing ugly!)
Goofy
Cruella
Penny (the color of a penny)
Jane (for a fish that was very "plain")
Princess Buttercup
Bones
Saphire
Sakura (Japanese for "cherry blossom")
Butterball (she was fat)
Moby Jane (it was going to be Moby Dick because it was big and white, until we found out it was a "she")
Fatty Patty (another fat one)
Chatty Cathy
Gidget
Moondoggy
The Big Kahuna
Dragonbreath
The Crow (he is all black)
Hershel (another black one)
Kiko (as in, the whale - another fat one)
Lady Godiva
Hot Lips
Bozo (had a red spot on his nose)
Diamond Girl (I didn't name this one - she came to us already named!)
Winchester (gunmetal gray one)
Abigail
Bumblebee (yellow and black one)
Sea King (my daughter named this one after a Pokemon character)
Mohawk (had a stripe on his head)
etc., etc., etc.
Hope this helps!

I hope those fish aren't in the same tank because Goldfish are coldwater and Balas are tropical, but anyway, name one after your street name, one after your city of birth, one after your month of birth, one after your favorite day of the week, and name the last one "miscellaneous"...

I have 4 angels: Goldie, Zeb, Swirl, & Boo, and a frog that has escaped twice, is named Houdini. My other fish I have not named. After all, with 5 tanks of fish it is hard enough to remember which tank I fed, and which tank I didn't! lol
