Anyone with a lack of simple manners, common human decency, and respect for themselves and others. Including, but not limited to:
People who use foul language in front of strangers. This may be acceptable in your circle of friends and family, but have respect for those who find it distasteful.
People who continue to speak on their cell phone while placing an order at a restaurant, checking their groceries, etc. Cashiers are NOT robots, people! They are human beings - as deserving of your acknowledgment and eye contact as much as you are of theirs.
People who talk through, or refuse to take their hats off for, the national anthem. This country may not be perfect, but you are a part of it, and if you disrespect it, you are disrespecting yourself. (Not to mention everyone who has lived (and died!) to enrich it.)
People who drop off children of middle school age in a public place with no supervision. First of all, this is the prime target age for perverts - very dangerous! Even so, this is also the prime age for bad behavior. The age when being mean, rude, and vandalizing is considered funny by peers. The age when kids are introduced to the opposite sex, drugs and alcohol. And hormones and peer pressure interfere with the ability to make good decisions. Kids this age need MORE supervision than grade-schoolers, people, NOT LESS!
Okay, I could go on and on, but I digress. You get the idea. :)

I'll try and keep this short and sweet.....
My biggest pet peeve is parents....blaming everyone else/everything imagineable on why their children act the way they do/things that happen to them.
It is the job of parents to raise their children to be polite, kind-hearted, respectful and decent...and there are so many little spoiled brats out there, its sick.
Parents - stand up and be RESPONSIBLE and teach your children some basic human decency!

People that won't listen to you. The kind that cut you off in the middle of a sentence and start talking about themselves or something else, meaning that they were not listening to you in the first place!

People who chew with their mouth open are annoying as heck!

Loud car stereo systems, screaming little kids, cracking gum, religious nuts trying to tell me how I should live my life, ignorant people....just people in general!

bicyclists on roads - I'm not saying they don't have a right to be there but it's horribly unsafe and I wish there were bike trails in our city for them.
