i do have this friend, she's like the "Anti-me" but we're friends, she's cool, at first i used to hate her, because she's like very sporty, and strong, and i'm more like very girly, but when i met her, i realized she's cool, different yet cool, plus she's not that different, she's sporty but likes the same music, so she's like my friend now. but it took us 3 years to be friends, we used to hate each other.

yah there's the VERY preppy girl i know .. we didnt hate eachother at all because we met when we were very little (and it didnt matter then) but now that we're older we realize we are completely different in a lot of ways and excactly the same in others. she is my 3rd best friend (my first 2 are my brother and a girl pretty much like my sister so shes more of my best friend)
one of my other friends ... well she's very sporty/preppy and we used to hate eachother but now we are goof friends because we like the same guys and music.

A good friend of mine is almost my opposite-- we are at opposite ends of the political spectrum, she's more of a nurturer/home body... I'm a tomboy....
but, we entertain each other & respect each other's opinions & that is what makes friendship work....

Aha, my best friend is totally different than me. We have nothing in common. We dress, walk, talk differently. We listen to different music and watch different movies. We go out to different places and hang out with different people. Yet, she has been my friend for more than 16 years now.
