As answered above, Menards, Lowes, Home Depot, or any lumber yard (84, INR Beatty, Fox Lumber) will carry that product. If you are looking to patch in, near existing panels, make sure that you know what thickness sheet you need (3/8", 5/8", 3/4"...) and what width your grooves are spaced at (8", 12"...). There may also be differences in the panel face (rough-sawn or smooth).
