Im 5'1 and i weigh 120 and im 15
idk if thats normal for my age
but i wanna lose weight before august 20th[first day of school]
so what can i do to lose weight??
i wanna lose my stomach fat
and i HATE my thighs they seem thick to me
so i wanna lose all that fat
and my cheeks[on my face]
ok so i wanna lose all my fat
but still be healthy
so please any suggestions on what i can do???

i dont know either i am 5'9 weight 182 and i am 16!!! and i am more than sure it is not ok, so thats why i am going to fittnes
