I played piano 9 years and I love piano!! I just love it. It can immitate any other instruments and voice its just so beautiful. I play mostly classical which I am qualified for but now I'm into Crossover classical stuff...
Maksim Mrvica has the influence on that...check out his music...(he did not compose the music) such as exodus, hana's eyes and more
And as for the classical music I love Chopin especially his nocturnes...

I like to play all kinds of styles. Right now I'm working on music from Phantom of the Opera & High School Musical. lol Also some Swing, and classical pieces. I play fairly well, but certainly not well enough to become famous. I just like to play.

I play the keyboard. Been playing for about 6 months, only been hacing lessons for about 2 months.
I like to improvise a lot! It's great for finding out what works and what doesn't, which is good when it comes to writing stuff. I currently am working from Joe Bouchard's "Beginning Rock Keyboard" book. It's a very good book full of rock pieces, teaching about rhythmic independence and all that.

I've been playing piano for 12 years. My favourite composer is Claude Debussy, he's written compositions such as the "Children's Corner", "Suite Bergamasque", and 2 Books of Preludes.

I also love Mendelssohn's "Songs without Words".

All the best with your piano ventures...it's a lovely instrument to play and learn about.

I've only started playing the keyboard for a short while, and the only full piece i can do is Ode to Joy by Beethoven.
I really want to learn how to play some Mozart too, since he is my favorite composer [=

Yes! I love the piano!! I've been playing as early as three or four (I'm now 28). Most of the music I play is self-written. I hope to get noticed for my music in the near future.

Well, I have tried to find the time to play, but as an adult it is tough. My hands are pretty big anyway, and sometimes I have trouble hitting two keys at once. I can even stretch 1/1/3 octaves. Man, I wish I had persisted as a kid.
