In literature, mythology, or historical texts, where can I find references to connections between vampires and witches before, say, the 20th century (pre-1900)?

There were none. The term "vampire" only appeared after Brahm Stoker's dracula. The word "nosferatu" is actually a mistake made by Emily Gerard (she wrote horror novels before Stokers around 1885, she mentioned the word first) and Stoker who both thought it meant "not dead" in romanian, but it is not how romanians spoke or wrote the word exactly.

So, vampires are a modern creation (starting in the late 1800) and witch tales were on decline since the introduction of modern science. Witches were feared in eastern Europe, while undead stories were popular in the western part. At best, east-europeans mixed tales of ghosts and witches, but they had no folklore for vampires.

I don't believe there are any references that could help you since the myths only started mixing in the 1900.

Romanian vampires are called "Strigoi" or demon or witch.
That's the only connection I know about.

There was never a connection between vampires and witches.. As a matter of fact people use to run to witches to get help to ward off vampires...... So you can continue looking but there has never been a connection between those two..............................................................................
