You know, I'm taking my girls to the midnight showing of the new Potter movie tonight...and I like the Potter books. They're easy reads and fun.
But, I'm a huge Tolkien guy. I read The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings trilogy twice in college. Terrific prose and intricate story. I never thought it would ever be made into a decent film until Jackson got his hands on it.
Ever read Terry Brooks? The Shannara books are great too.

All right Billy, cut it out. You're treading on sacred ground here, don't you know that? I'm in the same situation as Fire spider, a little embarrassed about the fact but got to admit that I'm a Harry Potter fan. I also love The Lord of the Rings trilogy and have such admiration for the amazing job that they did in bringing it to the screen. But there are many out there who are fanatics over one or both of these series. I'd hate to see you have to perform a mass barbecue were they to challenge your right to jest about that which they take so seriously.

Harry or Edward - Edward, this replaced into easily a no longer undemanding one yet i'm to no longer mad related to the call Harry till its a nickname. Ronald or Jacob - Jacob, as a results of fact it sounds extra sexy and ideal to me. Luna or Rosalie - Luna, she replaced into so quirky and its a recognition you do no longer hear alot. Hermione or Alice - Hermione, back i like uncommon names. Cedric or Emmett - Emmett George or Jasper - George, as a results of fact my aunt is termed Georgia. Sirius or Carlisle - Sirius Molly or Esme - Esme Ginevra "Ginny" or Isabella "Bella" - Ginevra, as a results of fact Bella is so over used. James or Charlie - Charlie Lily or Jane - Lily, Jane is basically to prevalent for my style. Rose or Renesmee - Renesmee, despite the fact that i could under no circumstances call a newborn this i like how she blended 2 names jointly to get one call. Albus or Aro - Albus, first of all and it is in all possibility glaring yet I definitely hated Aro. 2d as a results of fact I continually look to study it with a accessory. Petunia or Renee - Renee, I under no circumstances have enjoyed Petunia for a persons' call.
