And how'd you do that? Being naughty, perhaps? Put ice on it for the first half hour or so to help keep the swelling at a minimum and take Tylenol for the pain. And next time you give someone the finger, do it from a safe distance!

Its from Team Fortress 2. Its a game with a medic class, so when you press the call medic button, it says something along those lines.
