Impossible. One is area, the other volume.
A square meter is a measure of area. There is no volume to a square meter. It has no depth, only length and width. 2 dimensions only.
A cubic meter is a volume, as it has length, width, and depth. 3 dimensions.
These two units measure different kinds of things.
Additoinally: PLEASE ignore kyle's nonsense answer. you can't just put everything to the (3/2) power and keep things equal.

You are dealing with different dimensions (and, as a result, comparing apples with oranges) which is why converting from square meters to cubed meters isn't possible.
For instance, a two-dimensional rectangle having dimensions 10 meters by 5 meters is equal to 50 meters squared.
Now take a three-dimensional box, which is 2 x 5 x 5 meters. This would be 50 meters cubed.

You need another measure to convert area to volume.
For example, if you are going to pave a driveway 50 m^2 in area, with asphalt 5 cm (0.05m) thick... you'd need 2.5 m^3 of asphalt.
There you are multiplying an area (in m^2) by a depth (in m), in order to obtain a volume (in m^3).

Square meter can't be converted into meter cubed.
They are altogether different kinds of measures, one
measure of area & the other the measure of area.
Get this CONCEPT clear in your mind before proceeding further.

m^2 is area
m^3 is volume,
therefore you can't really convert 50m^2 to volume.
