It probably means your over-tired or have had too much caffeine, but most likely a combination of both. One of my eyes will twitch for about a day if I'm lacking sleep or stressed out; fortunately, it doesn't happen too often. I did have an eye twitch for 3 weeks non-stop when I began student teaching, but nothing bad happened to me. The worst thing that happened was my eye twitched for 3 solid weeks!

It usually means that you are stressed, low magnesium levels. Generally though, if you feel like something bad is going to happen, subconsciously you will probably make that happen. People do it to themselves all the time. Think positive thoughts and get some de-stressing.

it is called a fasciculation...it is spasms of tiny bundles of muscle tissue on a muscle. Can be caused by: -unknown -low magnesium -certain drugs make you get them -sometimes called a tic They are quite harmless in and of themselves, but if caused by low magnesium, for instance, may indicate another problem.. sometimes you can see them just under the skin, like a tiny ripple, or feel a funny tickle in your abdomen. They do not cause pain.

the left eye twitch meant someone was thinking about u and the right eye twitch meant a bad omen...

My mother had this happen to her.....for 7 years!!!It is called hemi facial spasms......I hope yours stops because it required surgery for hers to stop....good luck and hopefully it is just a simple twitch that will go away.
