I've, only, gone to the zoo in the summer. No coat of any kind was needed.
The girls wear their coats all year long, though they've gotten a clipping a couple of times. (kind of like a bikini waxing)
I am referring to my housemates, Poppy and Rosemary. Meow! C. :)!!
