could mean alot of things ... could be overheating .. could be a virus or spyware ... could be a nic driver ..

may be a virus or Spyware problem.....

Boot ur machine in safe mode and run a full system scan for Virus as well as Spywares.....

For Antivirus use Active Virus Shield
For Antispyware use AVG Antispyware....

usaly means that ur computer has spyware try running spy bot search and destroy
