Guns n Roses has always been Axl Rose's name that he had. Velvet Revolver is nothing like Guns n Roses old and new. In 1991 Axl Rose had manipulated every band member into signing away the rights to the Guns n Roses name otherwise the band would offically be over. There isn't going to be any new album by Guns n Roses because Axl Rose is too dumb to even come up with anyrhing good and he also is convinced downloaders will download the new album.
