In light of the latest incident of Gonzales perjured testimoney before the Senate, if he is tried and convicted of perjury will Bush buddy baby pull another scooter commuter and pardon him to keep him quiet.

I know a good way to stop that from happening! Impeach Bush and remove him from office!

The most brilliant part of the Bush/Cheney/Rove hijacking of the nation -- and the coup de gras -- is the corruption of the Justice Department. Gonzales can't be charged with contempt of Congress or perjury or any crime without the Department of Justice bringing charges.

No wonder Rove was not charged as Libby was, he's too smart. And what a clever legal maneuver to commute the jail time for Scooter but let him keep Fifth Amendment protections against self incrimination. These criminals are too smart -- always steps ahead of the law.

I'm not sure anybody wants to convict him, they just want him to resign which I think he will do if he would be spared a trial.
He could be impeached as well.

i can't stand bush either, but clinton pardoned a lot worse than libby. and the media said nothing. they are all low life's.
