I use a mouse on my daily computer, but a touch pad on my laptop. I hate touch pads because when the computer gets hot, my finger burns up because I'm moving it too much. I like my daily computer better though not many people would think the same. And I thought the same thing as NAN, did you take some time off to eat because you're asking all of these questions, then you stop for awhile then you go back to doing it again. i use a mouse with my laptop because is less expensive to replace my mouse than a touchpad. the touchpad is only used for emergency cituations for instance when I need to click faster than the mouse... hahaha...

I have both but I much prefer the mouse, in fact I have a second mouse that I carry with my laptop.
