McCarver by making use of a approaches. Tim "the Hatchet" McCarver is the worst analyst ever! He downplays the IQ, of baseball followers. He makes statements like "shall we seek for a bunt here!" while there's a runner before everything no person out and the pitcher is on the plate. Wow Tim! rather? A bunt? i assume my 40 some extraordinary years of watching, enjoying, and education baseball, I by no skill might have thunk it. Bunt the runner over with the pitcher on the plate with below 2 outs! My widespread McCarver 2nd: 1992 NLCS while "Neon" Deion Sanders threw water on McCarver in the locker room after McCarver pronounced the Deion became hurtful to the group through fact he became purely enjoying baseball area-time and became taking over a roster spot from somebody else. thank you DEION!

If he's getting paid the right amount I'm sure he could care less if anyone thinks he's annoying.
Most announcers are annoying these days with all the plugs they have to give to the sponsors and the junk network shows they have to push on us. Baseball ones have it tough because you can't just call it play-by-play. That would be even more annoying. Hearing: "Ball 1. Ball 2. Strike 1. Flyout to right." would be awful. So they find nonsense to talk about in between the action. Which is also annoying, but it could be a lot worse. I guess the good ones are the ones that you don't notice. Kind of the lesser of evils there.

I'm sure he knows...because he knows everything.
AND I'll bet he has a story about how annoying he is that takes more than 2 outs of an inning to tell.
To be fair though, Buck is equally annoying.

He just doesn't have the personality that comes across as friendly. He can be abusive and challenging and I know his relationship with most of the MLB players today is lacking as well. The network could do better.

Apparently not. I think Mr. Buck is annoying also.
They should get Eric Byrnes up in the booth instead of catching balls hit out to McCovey Cove, maybe he could liven it up a bit.
I hate it when FOX broadcasts games because i have to listen to these two guys...dreadful.
I like Jon Miller and Joe Morgan.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....OK now that I got that out of my system...Does anyone really care that he likes to dance at weddings but since he had knee surgery he isnt able to as much? I thought it was cute that they said the player liked to dance at weddings but, I really dont give a frog's butt about the announcers doing the same.

I've been listening to him for years. Not only does he have know idea how annoying he is, but apparently no one at fox knows either, cuz they keep him around to make my ears bleed during the year and every postseason.
