As said, bring your camera, (film and batteries if needed,) and a pillow.
Pack light but expect cold weather.
Your tour can be mostly below freezing with a few warmer days in Spain and south of France, or mainly just above freezing with some colder days in the mountains.
Europe mainly has a mild climate, with the winters hardly below freezing. But you also visit mountains, which will have snow, and Spain which is warmer, but not warm enough for shorts that time of year.
Pack jeans or alike, T-shirts and sweaters, a rain and wind proof jacket, if you have one with a separate fleece liner. Or bring a fleece jacket to make your rain jacket into winter-weight for when needed.

You will need to pack (or at least stuff your things in your case) each day, and carry your bag to and from the bus to your room. So better to have a moderately light bag, with some space for souvenirs.

And bring a debit card to get money out of the ATM's. Cheapest way to get money if you have the right card. Check with your bank what they charge, and if it is more than token money ask for a cheaper option.
Bringing a credit card is good too, but save it for emergencies, do not use it to get cash.

I used cosmos before I got married. Traveled with a college friend and had a great time. Do pack very light.....very very light. You will definitely do some shopping over there so you want to make space for this. Take a little travel pillow to use on the bus. Definitely take your camera, and if it's not digital, bring all your batteries and needed film, these are expensive over there. You can store them in your luggage later.

Bring medicines definitely. 2 pairs of good walking shoes and maybe a pair of nice shoes for your night outings. enough cash for your food and public transportation expenses (you will use the metro and public buses), and enough for tips for the driver/guides. Definitely bring extra $ for the additional excursions they will offer.

You didn't mention where you are actually going, so I can't help you with the places to visit and the additional excursions that are worth your money (as some are not worth it).

yeah europe is a great place to go! i went there last year and one thing is that europe is expensive. so bring lots of extra money. Their tax is like crazy(well france was).

Also, bring a camera! there are so many great pictures you can take and keep as your memory.

oh and one important thing. you need to watch out in the subways or when you are just standing there, because there are SO many people who pickpocket. dont put your money in your back pocket and hold onto your things tightly. My dad has 200 euro in his backpocket and a hobo pickpocketted while he was getting off the train.

you should get on one of those EuroRail trains when moving around from country to country or place to place because the sight is beautiful in europe!

have a great time!

If I have been you, i might get a conceal away wallet. AKA, someplace to place your funds to conceal below your jacket, shirt, belt, etc. I artwork in a shuttle shop and that i've got a ton of persons going to Europe desiring those issues to ward off being pickpocketed.
