From Captains Jack Sparrow and Barbossa, we learn to say exactly what we mean, so as not to have our words twisted around. From Anakin, we should learn not to let our emotions always get the better of us.
In real life, we're accustomed to the saying "no rest for the wicked." Therefore, we learn to lead as clean a life as possible.
I'm not saying they're the best role models, or situations, but learning can come from anywhere.

Yes. Being a "bad role model" has nothing to do with learning something. Even from a villain, or an enemy, we can learn the ways NOT to act.
Also, being bad doesn't mean they aren't smart, or have a way of looking at things that might shed light on an improved way of doing something.

Watch the FBI files on TV. The good guys are always learning stuff from the bad guys... and yes, then the bad guys learn from them too.
Look at people that irritate you. What do you not like about them? Think about it and try hard NOT to be like them.

you can definitely be atleast influenced by a bad role model. Also depending on the type of person you are. You could be influenced to seek revenge, or to learn from the mistakes they have made. Or you can sink to their level. It also depends on that persons environment, how much they are around them, how they see that person...etc

There is good everywhere. If you look really well you will find the virtue in evil and learn from it. A wise man learns form other people's mistakes.
