No a males testicles are not connected to the anus. He may just have a hard time controling his muscles around his anus any time he gets kicked and this is the reaction.

well they are at least close. It proves that God must be a civil engineer. Because who else would run a waste pipeline right thru a recreational area. No, they are not directly connected. However, nerves down there are so intertwined that sometimes signals do get mixed up. What your friend experiences (I hope not too often) is not that much of an oddity at all.
