Sixty credits is about the equivalent of two full time years of college. A full time student normally takes either four or five courses a semester, fall and spring. So that is about 18 to 20 courses in two years. Most part time students take only two or three courses a term, but perhaps they can take courses in the summer - usually only two courses per summer, or at most, three. So it depends on how many courses you are willing to take at a time.
If you are working on a degree, you can't just take 20 random courses. You have to take the specific courses that are required. Some courses might be offered only in the fall or only in the spring. Sometimes two courses you need might be offered at the same time, so you could only take one of them and would have to wait until the next year to take the other. There are all kinds of problems that could interfere with you getting the courses you wanted in the right sequence at the right time. There is some luck involved in getting all the loose ends tied up.
You just have to make up your mind that since you dont have the privilege of attending school full time like some lucky kids, that you are going to take longer to finish your degree. OK, so just take longer. You will still be finished in a few years and then you will be glad you did it.
Good luck. Be patient!

You'd be doing 6 - 9 credits a semester. So that's 7 to 10 semesters. 3-5 years.

A little over two years depending upon what school you go to.
Some high schools have advanced classes so when you graduate you enter college as a junior.

It would depend on a lot of factors. If you are working at about half the normal load, that could take four years, unless you are doing summer school as well.

Considering that most courses are three credits. How many courses do you plan to carry at any one time?
