surgeon general for political reasons on hot-button health issues such as emergency contraception and abstinence-only education? That doesn't sound very democratic to me.

We all know he has yet to gain a command of the English language. He believes our system of government is a form of "hypocrisy".

Most likely, you say it's not democratic, because it goes against what you believe. Democracy also means you cant always have your way.
