Who here is a fan of it? I know I am! What's your favorite part?

...although I have not seen the film with a live audience for quite a while (it no longer plays midnight shows here in San Diego), I take great pride in having viewed the film a total of 263 times...not counting home video viewing, which hardly counts!!!

An ex-girlfriend of mine got me addicted to the film, back in the late seventies, and before I knew it, I was mock-performing the role of Riff-Raff, in front of the theater, at the midnight showings in Los Angeles.

When I joined the Navy, in the early eighties, at each and every place I was assigned, I always went out of my way to seek out the nearest theater, where "Rocky..." was playing; Chicago....Orlando....New York....and finally, San Diego; I had gotten a bit more stocky, during this time, and being unable to no longer do Riff-Raff, I instead enacted the character, Eddie.

If I had to pick my favorite part of the film, it would be a tie between the 'Time Warp' sequence, and the part where Eddie is release from deep freeze ("Whatever happened to Saturday night...").

Ugh! No! Say it isn't so! What an awful idea! Rocky Horror was a one time thing. No one working on it could have expected it to get the reputation and following that it did. You just can't PLAN that. In the early 80s Richard O'Brian actually make a sequel to Rocky Horror called Shock Treatment, and it suffered all the problems I expect a remake to suffer. You can't plan a cult classic. You just can't.

The audience partici----pation ( I couldn't resist)

I took my daughters to see it in Monterey Ca. at The Dream Theatre, midnights shows since it came out. This was 1983.
Rachel was 6 and Leah was 5. They loved it and have seen it hundreds of times like I have.

When I got sationed to Heidelberg Germany, they have the Vampire Ball around Halloween. Rocky Horror shows non stop all night till 6 AM and there are HUNDREDS of people dressed in costume. One great night.

Love it... have you seen the live midnight showings? Awesome! I love when Dr. Frank-N-Furter goes into the Brad and Janet's separate bedroom and easily seduces them, lol.........
