Before you look for auditions and agents, you have to start by taking classes to perfect your craft as an actor/actress. You need to take part in community theaters, print work, and so on to build up your resume. Chances are if you dont have a resume and have no idea what you're doing, then an agent is just going to laugh at you. Try starsearchcasting.com. It's a good place to start. There are a ton of agencies and auditions in Orlando! I would recomend getting an agent before you audition, unless you go to a scouting event. A scouting event may be your best bet. You don't need to have a resume, or fancy headshots. All you have to do is show up and read off a card in front of a camera. but still, I would recomend first taking classes and getting involved with community theater. Then, if you decide that acting is really something that you like, go look for an agent, and then finally go to the auditions. Well good luck and I hope this helps!

The reason why you can't just find movie auditions is because you don't have an agent. Movies do not want random people auditioning. Get an agent. Agents make 10% of your paycheck, if they ask for money it's a scam. Get experience. Do community theatre.

Many people become involved in acting by starting in community theater, which literally draws its talent from the community at large. Such theaters rarely pay cash, but they build experience and a resume. Often, no experience is necessary. Harrision Ford, and many other prominent actors, started in theater.
Most large cities have some form of community theater, and audition notices are usually posted in the larger newspapers (call the main desk to find out when the are listed) and the freebie cultural newspapers that advertise events that are coming up.

Before you start to worry about auditions you need to be ready to work. You do that by taking classes and doing plays.
That takes years. When you are ready to work professionally you will know about agents and such. If you had never driven a car and you applied for a job as a bus driver would you expect to be taken seriously? Same with acting.
