I am so sorry to hear that you do have lower abdomen pain .,If I am correct ,you are suffering from intestinal infection and hence the pain in the lower abdomen,you will also be having an urge for stools but nothing comes ,and even if it does it's all gas and sound.It is advised to visit an doctor ,do not delay and get rid of the intestinal infection.Best of luck and fast healing.

The pain you're experiencing could be a problem with your kidneys, your ovaries, or it could be appendicitis (if you're feeling displaced pain). If you feel a sudden, sharp pain in your lower stomach, on the right side (towards the middle), get yourself to an ER immediately, your appendix just burst and you need immediate medical attention or you will die.
