Michael Vick - The T-Bone Attack...basically he will tie a t-bone steak around your neck and unleash a bunch of rabid dogs upon you.

Big Ben bike crash - He will strap you to a harley and ghost ride you into oncoming traffic (with no helmet on)

Chris Simms spleen attack - He will take his spleen and.....oh wait....he aint got one..nevermind!

Carson Palmer would have the Trojan Tiger Strike ... a vicious, accurate, and powerul attack maneuver resulting in the torrent of pigskins raining down like monstrous hailstones.

John Elway (unlockable character) would unleash the Ultimate Comeback ... a finishing maneuver only available when his powerbar is close to the end and defeat appears eminent.

Michael Vick finishes up with the Lightning Dash Assault since he relies more on his speed than his arm strength and accuracy; his hits would be too fast to block.

Steve McNair would wrap up his fights with the Rain of Fire ... since he is Air McNair who can still drop the bombs like a tactical fighter, why not use that to finish off his opponents?

Jake Delhomme would have like THE CAJUN FIST. Where after he scores he beems the other coach in the face with the ball.
JaMarcus Russell would have THE RAGING UPPERCUT. Where he uppercuts the closest opposing player in the gut. I don't know if that was what you were looking for, but I hope that I helped...
