Thats Easy You will want a 23’ Malibu Great wakeboard or ski boat with lots of room. This boat is fast, stable and just lots of fun. You can see one for sale at this link http://www.boatboss.com/boats/-2/posts/8_Ski_Wakeboard_Boats/40_Used_Wakeboard_Boats_for_sale/886_2001_23_Malibu_LSV_Wakesetter_Wake_board_boat_.html

You need an inboard outboard tri-toon boat. It's the only boat that will accomodate 10 people, tow your kid's while skiing, and cruise. You didn't say where, so this boat is only the answer on a reasonably calm lake. Lake of the Ozarks is a pontoon killer. Godfrey builds a model that jumps out of the hole and cruises at about 35, top end 40. That's hauling for a big boat with pontoons. Bennington, Sanpan, Crest and Tracker all make solid tri-toons. You'll find a lot of them with outboards. You can find them with 150-175 H.P. Harris makes a tri-toon with 250 H.P. You can get a 2-5 year old for the money you are talking about. Good luck!

Well with smaller children you need a high free board ,10 people your talking at least a 28= 32' so you don't have enough $Cruising is a cabin boat. The price goes up unless you want an old 1.Skiing & wake boarding , lots of power $ Outboards 2 250hp or the boat won't move. Best to look around as what you want an the amount of people & money don't match.

well your asking two apposing things from a boat
in florida boats are very specific in how you use them
as far as your kids go you need a pontoon or a deck boat
they have plenty of room very comfortable to spend the day on
not a good ski boat
on the other hand a good ski boat doesnt traditionally have an abundance of room
not a good family boat
you could try a bowrider to try to accomplish both
as far as brand names of deck boats hurricane, playbuoy,
chris craft,wellcraft,proline,

A Boston Whaler used tri haul construction. It can be used for alot of activities on the water and is simplistic in design. It might be a little small for you but the1984 model was rated for a max 70HP but easily accommodates a Johnson 90 HP.

Your are asking for an awful lot out of one boat. Nothing that suits all the needs are going to be really spectacular for any specific need. Sounds like you need a big deck boat with 200 - 250 HP

With that budget, why not look for a party barge pontoon and a cabin cruiser for skiing/boarding?
