Each mole of H2O has 1 mole of H2, so you can make 4 moles of water from 4 moles of H2 (assuming you have more than enough oxygen available.

4 moles of H2 (hydrogen gas) can make 4 moles of H2O (water). You'd react 4 moles of H2 with 2 moles of O2 (oxygen gas), light a match, and you'd create 4 moles of water (theoretically), and great big explosion. Don't try it at home.
