i am 12 years olds. i was thinking of selling newspaper in ocaen city new jersey. i need to make mony fast. do i need a premint from the city or no. and how much would the prmint be. should the newspaper be like. $0.50. to order the news paper off the web or do i call them and how many should i buy.

ok. dose any on know a place in ocean city that gives you a jod for a paper rout. or some place on the bord walk i can work at.

You would need a pedders permit and business license. The news paper printer will sell you wholesale then you sell retail, I don't know if you have sales tax on newspapers there but if so you need to file sales tax returns for the state and maybe the city.
It would be easier to sell subscriptions or deliver papers to homes and apartments that already want them.
I would start with just one or two and see how they sell, many of us get our news on the web so don't need newspapers.

why would someone pay you $0.50 on a website to read a paper that they could read for free on that paper's website?

it would be more expensive to pay for an internet site, etc, then to just buy a bunch of papers and sit on a corner.
