Beef, chicken, fish, or pork which one?
I like beef the best.

anything cooked properly and dead mostly. I will eat sushi occasionally though if its wrapped properly. No really raw stuff please. We here in VA have a supermarket chain called Ukrops, a huge family owned store and they've hired at most of their stores these great sushi chefs that other than the salad bars and deli bars they cook and prepare whatever you order on their menu for $4.00 to $12.00 a pack of sushi foods. Could be Calif. avocado style, tuna + style, all kinds of stuff. Really good. I've never actually been to a sushi bar. Can't quite wrap my head around that yet. Fish I guess is my overall favorite. I'm married to a fisherman. Never a dull moment of food in this house! Shrimp, then chicken then turkey I guess in that order of preferences.

I like beef for its use in hamburgers, but I also like fish the best due to being a healthy food.
