Maybe it means nothing more than your life is on a crazy tailspin, going in a million different directions and nothing seems to make sense. Anyway, dreams are often strange and surreal. Every event that happens during the day or even weeks before hand can meld in one dream as you mind tries to resolve internal conflict.
Occasionally, and I believe this is possible, as in Biblical times, the dream may indeed be prophetic or contain a message. Still, more often than not, it simply reflects a bunch of schemata that needs to be reorganized or nothing in particular except the need for our brain to simply filter.
