I suppose... i pee in the shower... and since you are in the shower... i don't see it a being that dirty... considering it gets all washed off right away.
I remember having a shower one time... and HAD TO GO REALLY BAD once.. and well... lets say this....

Its not just men that like giving/receiving golden showers. Many, many participants are infact women. It is usually a dominance and submission thing.
How ever, there are people who dont want to be 'dominated' in the traditional sense, but they do enjoy being humilated, goldenshowers are a good way to cause humiliation
And still, again, some people just like to drink pee. They like the taste, they like it warm, they just like it (as a matter of fact lots of people are saying drinking pee is good for you, google.com "drinking pee"). I couldnt tell you why some people like it, then again, I dont understand why people like alchahol, because I am of yet to be able to find a type I like.
Alot of times, its hard to figure out, or explain why people have a certain fetish. Masochists like pain, sadists like causing pain, some people like beastiality, some people people like being treated like slaves, some people like feet, some people have rape fetish's, and some people like to get pee'd on, or pee on others.
There is no real psychology behind it, it is simply something they enjoy. Men and Women alike.
