They are 100% wool and specify dry clean only.

Do I let it dry and drop it off at the dry cleaners first thing tomorrow?
Put some stain stick on it, and drop it off at the cleaners?
Put some stain stick on it, and actually wash the pants on delicate?
Or do something else?

Take them to the dry cleaners pointing out the stain for them to treat. As they are wool, it would be difficult for you to use anything else that wouldn't compromise the fabric and the color.

Bring it to the dry cleaner with a note pinned on it that says this is a grease spot that needs to be hand-treated. Tell them you need the pants ready for pickup by the end of the day.
