im just saying thats strange it was part of the Talmud, which in the same document also It refers to Jesus as an idol, and His worshippers as idolaters. It claims Jesus was into beastiality and is burning in hell in a pool of semen.

1) Christianity is NOT considered to be idoltary. Rambam says that for a Jew is is like idoltary in that it believes in a triune Godhead, but he does not condemn it as idoltary for non-Jews.
2) The Noahide laws are from the Torah, the Talmud just discusses them in more detail and outlines their parameters, as it does for the other laws in the Torah
3) jesus is NOT mentioned in the Talmud at all! You seem to be referring to the incident of Onkelos calling up Bila'am, the Midianite sorcerer that tried to curse, but ended up blessing, Bnei Yisarel with Jesus. It has nothing to do with Jesus and Jesus is not mentioned. It is a favourite lie of the anti-Semites though!

No, you misunderstand the statement.

The Noahide laws were the laws that NON-jews were expected to follow -- a much lesser set of restrictions that would be expected of any civilized people regardless of religion.

The seven laws are
1. Prohibition of Idolatry: - You shall not make for yourself an idol.
2. Prohibition Murder: - You shall not murder.
3. Prohibition of Theft: - You shall not steal.
4. Prohibition of Sexual Promiscuity: - You shall not commit adultery.
5. Prohibition of Blasphemy: - You shall not blaspheme.
6. Prohibition of Cruelty to Animals: - Do not eat the flesh of a living animal.
7. Requirement to have just Laws: - You shall set up an effective government to police the preceding six laws.

So, basically 5 of the 10 commandments (idolotry, adultary, blasphemy, murder, theft -- leaving out coveting and bearing false witness, along with the honoring parents bit), plus a requirement to enforce the laws.

Any culture was expected to follow at least that much to count as civilized. Jewish law, as set forth in the Talmud and Kosher requirements, contained many additional restrictions that were not expected of non-jews.
