i got a fly trap for outdoors by Rescue. Its really stinky, smells like POO. It works really well.
But for inside, I use fly paper and fly motels in the windows. fly motels work the best inside.
My husband can catch flies by hand too. he feeds them to a jumping spider he caught.
OH! there you go, get a bunch of jumping spiders and let em loose.

Take a half full bottle of fruit juice, leave the top off, and seal and shake it when the fly enters.

you can buy a can of Raid,it kills flys inside your house and doesn't have a scent to it.The color of the can is blue/white
you can get the unscented kind that way you won't have to
smell it.I just spray my house and don't have to worry about
anymore flys or any flying insects either.just spray once a day
and it takes care of the flys.

My dad does that too sometimes but I myself prefer a pet frog! It's really cool to watch them stick their tongue out and catch them suckers!

It's a cool tennis racket looking object and you wave it around and it zapps flies, mosquittos, ect. It's awesome.
