It's not just Iraq... All Americans need to revisit the history of our American and also of the French Revolution. America please wake up! Please revisit and understand the beliefs of Thomas Jefferson. How much more perversion of power must we endure? America may never recover from these self proclaimed Kings, Dick Cheney and George Bush, endless we take action.This is very serious... this is treason against the people and the American Constitution. Let the world know that America has not forgotten it's principles. This administration is guilty of Treason against the American people. We must make a bold statement to undo the evil that has engulfed us. They claim to be God fearing... they are not. They are Evil... The whole world is watching.

You're preaching to the choir. Let's be sure not to forget that in 2008.
Since some of you answerers are asking for specific instances, how about condoning torture? How about Bush's signing statement on the anti-torture bill (and over 1,000 others) saying that even though it's a law, he isn't bound by it? How about his refusal to cooperate with Congress' subpoena of the records on the firing of federal prosecutors? This can't be described as a threat to national security, so whatever he's hiding would obviously be an embarrassment to his administration. What about their contract with Halliburton that earned a $20 million thank-you for Cheney? Can you say conflict of interest? What about Bush's famous tirade where he called the Constitution "just a...piece of paper"? Time and time again, Bush and Cheney have shown that they believe the laws and the Constitution don't apply to them. I don't think they'll know what to do with themselves when they're no longer in power.

B) Most Americans don't have any idea what treason is.

Treason? Treason requires a crime be commited. Exactly what crimes has Bush and Cheney committed?
And while were at it, Kings aren't elected and don't step down after their term of office is up.
I think you lefties are the ones who have forgotten American principles by putting politics first, and country second.

I'll make a deal, you make a specific accusation, and show me the proof validating your claim, that I am unable to disprove with validation, and I will shout from the tallest mountain that Bush is treasonous.
