Return all mail that arrives with their name on it to the post office marked "No Such Person At This Address" and ask the post office to stop delivering it.

Go to your local post office and have them take him off your address. If you receive his mail, put doesn't live here and send it back. You need to do this and then you can check with your local police department on the next step. They may tell you they can take a police report and then you'll have to get an attorney. The post office however should be able to make it stop by you going done there and having them make it known he doesn't live there. Good Luck.

If he has access to the mail before you get home, put a vacation hold on your mail (www.usps.com) with your name ONLY. This way only you can pick it up with ID. They will hold his mail for 10 days because his name isn't on the vacation hold. If he goes to pick it up, they'll make him do a change of address. If he doesn't show up within 10 days, they'll return it to sender "unknown". You can still pick up your mail and keep the vacation hold active for a month.

If you want to be illegal, you can forge his name or do an online Change of Address. Depends if he's smart enough to know that is illegal.

Legally, I don't think it's considered harrassment because he's not the one mailing it.

Coragryph is right- you might also put "Return to Sender", so the people trying to get ahold of him know too. He'll stop when it doesn't work.
