Life with no chance of parole for child molesters.

I'd abolish an Ohio law that cites the second driver for "failure to maintain an assured clear distance." There is absolutely no way anyone can ever guess that the moron in front of them is going to stop in the middle of a bridge to "admire the view" and my brother shouldn't have been cited for smacking the dummy's azz-end. Tailgating is one thing (it should be illegal) but stupidity is a whole 'nother matter entirely.

I'd shorten the First Amendment. Instead of reading "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion...", it would simply read "Congress shall make no law.".

If given the death penalty, you have five days to settle your affairs and then the injections start. I mean most people on death row die of old age.
