I have three and they laugh all the time. When their happy they smile this big smile like their growling. Usually people that don't know them tend to high tail it the other way. Dogs are the most loving forgiving creatures in the world. Just look into their eyes and you'll understand what I mean.

I think they do...my pup Twinkie does it all the time. It's kinda like a low, rolling, howling sound...it is so funny! She does it when she is happy to see me or when she is about to get fed or really wants to go outside to run & play! I have to laugh every time she does it...it's almost as cute as she is! ;o)

My cats all laugh, but I don't know how to type the sound! hahaha...so I won't! I think squirrel sounds, sound like laughing MOST of the time, unless they're bitchin' at you for getting too close to the nest! LOL

Oh, but they do! A slow tail wag is a chuckle, fast wag an all-out belly laugh... and they are usually laughing at us!!

They do. It's an open-mouthed huffing sound, like short panting. When they greet you, when they get their ears scratched and when they are playing, they laugh.
