I have three or four little vent pipes coming out of the roof, under the eves (?). What does this mean? When the central AC unit is on, water drips from on of them.

All air conditioners drain away condensate water which is formed on the indoor evaporator coil in summer. You will notice that when the ambient humidity is high that the rate of water flowing from your A/C unit is higher.
All normal

You are very observant! You are also in great shape. The water is condensation. It has been removed from the conditioned air, and has got to drain away from the A/C unit. So not to worry!

It's OK, it's just condensation from the condensor. Perfectly normal, that's what the drain is for.
