My bike might have a seized engine please someonegive me a step by step to troubleshoot and fix it!

The above answer was very descriptive. Describing exactly what to do with your situation is very difficult since we don't know all the circumstances involved. Top end verses bottom end. Repairing can be very tricky if you don't know what you're doing and don't have the right tools. I would suggest finding a friend who knows about motorcycle engines to help you. Good Luck!

Ask it nicely to unseize itself, if that fails then did you run it out of oil, did it overheat, will the motor even turn over?
First thing is pull your spark plugs from all cylinders, make sure the motor has oil at proper level before you start and that your battery is fully charged. If you have a ignition kill switch put it in the off position if not then leave the key switch in off position and kick your motor over, does the motor move, then it is not seized.
If you have no kicker turn key o on and press the starter, does the motor turn over? If it does then it is not seized, if it does not turn over is the battery charged, do you hear a clicking sound when you press the starter, if your motor turned after removing spark plugs watch if and liquid is discharged, i.e. fuel or water. Check your oil level, did the level increase if so you could have fuel in the oil or water, check your radiator, is the level the same or lower. What color is the oil, if its black or brownish its normal but if its milkey white or tan you have water in oil, if your fuel tank is low and oil level is higher you have fuel leak inside your motor. If all you mhear is clicking and starter is not turning the motor and all the above you checked is good then its possible you have bad starter, jammed starter, loose connections, blown fuses, corrosion on connections, etc. etc. Best thing to do is get a manual for your motor and read the troubleshooting section.

Well there are lot of urban myths that supposedly work. The only real correct way to fix it would be to take the engine apart and rebuild it. it could have ruined that piston ring or it could have damage to the cylinder wall. Also it doesn't make sense that it would seize being a 4 stroke unless the oil was never changed or got too low. i would recommend tearing it apart. Although, i was an auto mechanic for years and during my schooling, they said that diesel fuel would loosen it up. they said if u soaked a seized engine in it for at least 24 hours, Completely filled up, that it would unseize. Although i think that it would ruin all the gaskets and such, i would try it, cause if you tear it apart. most likely its gonna be a pain, and your going to have to replace EVERYTHING. Step 2) Read it.
If you have good concentration and enough money you can have it up and running by next Sunday provided parts are available to you.

It would help if you told us if it's a 2 stroke or 4.
