My manager was robe back in april and a week ago a investagator called me to what I new about the robbery I said not much and he told me he had to letters typed and sent by land lord saying that I payed $730 in april which my rent is only $630 she was robbed on the 2nd i pay on the 5th of each month another words they signed my name on two docs to try to get more money from there claim which i know is fraud I never signed these papers and I even met with the guy for him to show me the forms can I sew?

No, you cannot sue, since you have no basis for lawsuit. If you want to do something about this from a moral standpoint, inform the insurance carrier that fraud is occurring.

However, YOU have suffered no loss and have no basis to sue.

Sue for what? Did you give them the extra money? You have a case if they are trying to force you to pay based on documents that have a fraudulent signature. If there trying to make you pay or force you out of your place you can take them to small claims court. Sue for the maximum allowed in your state and say because of what they are doing you have to find a new place with no notice and they are illegally forcing you out.

Are you any better than your landlord? You are trying to obtain money from a situation that you experienced no loss? This is not a cival matter. It is a criminal matter. Why would you try to profit from it?

Contact an attorney. No offense it is SUE not SEW. It sounds like a scam to me, but I would contact an attorney/lawyer for legal ADVICE!!!!!
