second question: 200, 201, 202, 203, 210, 211, 212, 213, 220, 221, 222, 223, 230, 231, 232, 233, 300 and 15 others like the 200-series but starting with 3, 1000, 1001, 1002, 1003, 1010, 1011, 1012, 1013, 1020, 1021, 1022, 1023, 1030, 1031, 1032, 1033, 1100 and 15 others like the 1000-series but starting with 11.

That makes 64 so presumably "between" is not inclusive, so exclude 200= 63.
